    Description

In case Kie server contains additional capabilities compared to server template then it is rejected.

For example Server template enables just decision and planner capabilities. In case Kie server contains decision, planner and process capabilities then it is not able to connect to controller. Controller rejects Kie server with warning

16:36:09,169 WARN [org.kie.server.controller.impl.KieServerControllerImpl] (default task-4) Server id default-kieserver capabilities expected [RULE, PLANNING] but there was missing []
16:36:09,169 WARN [org.kie.server.controller.rest.RestKieServerControllerImpl] (default task-4) Server with id 'default-kieserver' failed to connect

Kie server should be able to connect to controller as Kie server has all required capabilities enabled.
