Kie container is deleted from Kie server S2I when is connected to Controller in managed mode

      You must to create Server template with Kie container before deploying of the Kie server S2I.
      Users must know Server template ID before deploying of the Kie server S2I. Kie server S2I generate server template id from <application-name>execserv<deployment-number> (e.g. myapp-execserv-1)

      Deploy to OpenShift Business central and Smart router
      Deploy to OpenShift Kie server S2I connected to BC and Smart router
      Check that Kie server with Kie container is registred

      When is created a new Kie server S2I deployment with configuration for connection to the controller, then is Kie container deleted, after that Kie server is connected to controller. This is caused by controller, because controller, by default, clean Kie server settings.
