Operator Enablement Team discovered that the Business Automation Operator will not install on OpenShift 4.4.

The issue is due to a few improper fields in your ClusterServiceVersion, specifically spec.customresourcedefinitions.owned.specDescriptors.value needs to have brackets if you'd like to use a default value.
