Properties panel is being closed when switching assets or views.

      Expected behaviour in general

      • When switching between the assets, the properties panel state (open or closed) should be kept for every individual process separately.
        • When a state of properties panel in one process is changed, it shouldn't affect the other process. It should be in the same state as it was before switching.
          For instance:
          • Properties panel is open.
          • Switch to another process and close the properties panel.
          • Switch back to previous process.
          • Properties panel is open.
      • When switching between the views:
        • Properties panel should be closed when switching to Overview or Documentation.
        • When switching to Model, properties panel should take the state from the last change within one process. There are only two cases:
          • Properties panel is open in Model view.
            • After switching to Documentation or Overview view, closing or doing nothing with properties panel and switching back to Model view properties panel will be opened.
          • Properties panel is closed in Model view.
            • After switching to Documentation or Overview view, opening or doing nothing with properties panel and switching back to Model view properties panel will be closed.
      • In case that a process is closed, after opening it again the properties panel should be open as already implemented in RHPAM-2317.
