Currently there is no way we can default values for persistence properties like data-source and dialect in "project settings" -> "perstance" tab in RHPAM. Bydefault H2 database (exampleDS) is configured in persistence.xml file which is created in project. There should be options available to change the default values or it should use values defined for 'org.kie.server.persistence.dialect' and 'org.kie.server.persistence.ds' options.
