defaultHandler tag is missing from new WID files

      1. Login to Business Central
      2. Create a new project
      3. Click "Add Asset"
      4. Select asset type "Work item definition"
      5. Observe text of resulting WID file as well as palette in the WID editor

      ACTUAL RESULT: No "defaultHandler" tag is present in WID text and no way is provided to add it
      EXPECTED RESULT: Provide ability to add "defaultHandler" tag (either through displaying the existing default or by using the GUI editor)

      When creating a new WID file in Business Central, the "defaultHandler" tag is missing. No button exists to create it, either.

      This tag is required for custom work item handlers.
