ExtensibleXmlParser error thrown for valid process with dynamic user assignment

      Import attached project or follow these steps:

      1. Create a new process definition
      2. Create a process variable: deptUser (String)
      3. Create a task, set Actors: # {deptUser}
      4. Save the process definition

      Actual result

      Server log contains error messages for valid processes.

      Expected result

      Server log will contain no error messages for valid processes.

      In a process where the task assignment is dynamic, based on a process variable, the following errors are thrown when saving the process definition:
