Support mounting the rolemapping file and the Git Hooks directory in Operator deployment of RHPAM/RHDM

When one configures rolemapping and/or Git hooks for OpenShift RHPAM/RHDM, one is required to mount the file or directory in the deployment config. In template documentation, we provide instructions to use oc commands. Unfortunately, for Operator this configuration can be destroyed as the Operator re-creates the deployment config.

We need to add a supported reliable way of mounting the rolemapping file and the git hooks directory for Operator deployments.
