define a filter by checking a few checkboxes

see the expression in Active filters field

Save the filter

go to saved filters

load the saved filter

see the expression in Active filters field

after ~~RHPAM-1956~~ resolved: go to Filters and see if checkboxes are in sync with expression

There is inconsistency in how the filter expression looks when defining a filter and when a Saved filter is applied.
