Stunner - Diagram properties shown in case of invalid process

      1. Import the attached process in workbench
      2. It will be opened with xml editor because contains </bpsim:BPSimDat> instead </bpsim:BPSimData>
      3. Fix the issue and save and reopen process
      4. Now it is opened by process designer
      5. Expand diagram properties
      6. Select version 1 in version history, you will be in situation like

      There exists scenario, when diagram properties are shown for the invalid process. The diagram properties shouldn't be shown for invalid process.
