[monitoring console] False positive error about missing jBPM capabilities

      1. Create monitoring app with smart router using immutable-monitoring template.
      2. Create several kie-server instances using s2i build. Using s2i template parameters we made the kie-servers to connect to smart router.
      3. Go to Process definitions page.

      In our "smart router + monitoring workbench" test day setup described here we saw exception during visiting page with process definitions.
      False positive error about missing jBPM capailites - even though kie-server and smart router in our setup had JBPM capability enabled. Process definitions are loaded, so this exception makes no sense.
