[monitoring console] False positive error about missing jBPM capabilities

    Description

      In our "smart router + monitoring workbench" test day setup described here we saw exception during visiting page with process definitions.
      False positive error about missing jBPM capailites - even though kie-server and smart router in our setup had JBPM capability enabled. Process definitions are loaded, so this exception makes no sense.
