Description of problem:

After importing a pipeline created in Elyra into RHODS, the terminology for all steps in the pipeline visualization shows "run a file ...".

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create pipeline in Elyra
2. Import pipeline
3. Access pipeline graph
4. View text in steps

Actual results:

Steps all say "Run a file..."

Expected results:

Pipeline text shows actual step names as in Kubeflow pipelines - see screenshot in slack thread linked above.
