UI: Standardize logged in user information

      Based on feasibility, the ideal solution would be to have the same information/avatar in all pages.
      It might be impossible to standardize OCP or cloud.redhat.com, in which case a decision should be made on which of the two we want to copy and both the ODH dashboard and the JupyterHub navbar should rely the same information (either a username or a full name).

      Description of problem:

      Currently, the information for the logged in user (i.e. username, name, avatar etc.) in the top right corner of the page(s) related to RHODS is not standardized in any way.

      There are at least 4 different variations of this information being relaid to the user:

      OCP dashboard

      ODH Dashboard

      JupyterHub Spawner

      cloud.redhat.com (e.g. RHOSAK)

       

      It would be nice to have some consistency across all pages, using either the same username in all places or the full name of the customer/user. The ODH dashboard should ideally show something more than a user icon.
