Description of problem:
I can not find anywhere in our doc the section where it says that the on-cluster registry is required.
In ROSA/OSD, it's usually there by default.
In OCP (self-managed), it's often not there by default.
I checked in https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_openshift_data_science_self-managed/1.26/html/installing_openshift_data_science_self-managed/requirements-for-openshift-data-science-self-managed_install but could not find it.
