gfrasca-1 recently found the following in the pipeline config:

This suggests both prefixes (/artifacts and /pipelines are configurable, just seperately)

This suggests that the conclusion from https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHODS-7152 requires further investigation. As we may be able to achieve total isolation with 2 different DSPA's with the same bucket.


Acceptance criteria:
Confirm whether artifacts and pipelines can be configured, and have 2 DSPA's share a single minio bucket without conflicts.
