Goals:

1. Identify RHODS's dependencies, that is, all services/products on which RHODS depends.
2. Build automated tests to trap errors when any of these services/products is updated to ensure that RHODS is not affected by the updates.

This epic aims to cover RHODS integration testing with other OCP dependent components:

1. OpenShift Service Mesh
2. OpenShift Pipelines
3. OpenShift Serverless
4. GPU Add On & Operator
