WHAT

The RHODS documentation (both managed and self-managed) has some faulty references to the Notebook server control panel page.

The intent of these references is to state the name of the page that opens in the RHODS UI when you launch Jupyter. But actually, you see the Notebook server control panel page only when you have a running notebook server, or when you click View server for another user's running notebook. Otherwise, the default page is the Start a notebook server page. These are the references that need to be fixed.

Do a careful inspection of the RHODS documentation for references to the the Notebook server control panel page. Where these references should actually refer to the
 Start a notebook server page, fix them.
