We do not want to deploy minio/UI by default when there's an empty spec, this is because we assume a default image for minio/UI, which we then need to pass down as a parameter into the kfdef. This ends up meaning that we need to build these images in cpaas which we do NOT want to do, so we at the very least need to make these images required by the CR and not mention any defaults anywhere to minio/UI images.
