As decided on 2/6/23, the MLOps team will deploy Data Science Pipelines infrastructure stacks in a one-per-project manner.  The caveat to this will be that there needs to be a central controlling device - namely, an operator.

This epic will track the initial work to architect and engineer such an operator.  The deliverable for this epic will be an operator that can deploy, manage, and remove a Data Science Pipelines sub-installation into a target RHODS Data Science Project namespace.
