Currently when no images are specified in the DSPO custom resource, the default images being used for the individual DSPipeline components are coming from a mixture of modh or opendatahub repo. They should all be coming from quay.io/opendatahub/ from upstream, and for downstream they should come from . This only applies to images being sourced from modh.

Images for mariadb/minio/busybox/CacheImage can be ignored for this task.

This also applies to upstream only.

Acceptance Criteria:

All modh default images in DSPO should instead be coming from quay.io/opendatahub/. This only applies to images being sourced from modh. If these images do not exist then assignee should first get the images on opendatahub.
