We would like to expand our set of integrated RHODS partner offerings by adding support for Pachyderm to address use cases in the data science lifecycle.

See epic brief for reqs: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1hYBnl7d47jRd_VABCfMW2B9W1ANLa_akx9vXEMhQPmY/edit?usp=sharing

NOTE: This will be a self-managed partner integration, meaning customers will install the application in the cluster. This is similar to other self-managed solutions like Seldon.

      Reqs:

      1. P0: The system must provide a Pachyderm tile in the explore tab of the RHODS dashboard. The tile must provide high-level offering benefits with clear instructions & links to enable the service.
      2. P0: The system must automatically move the Pachyderm tile from the 'explore' to 'enabled' tab when an organization signs up for/installs the service.
      3. P0: The RHODS dashboard must include quickstart, tutorial, and other documentation to enable users to get started with the service and get information on common use cases.
      4. P1: TBD: The system must enable integration between Pachyderm and JupyterHub and any other services (eg. Seldon Deploy) to enable an integrated user experience for key use cases.
