We are going to implement a method of gathering user workload metrics in RHODS. We need a way to allow the customer to opt into this feature.

One proposed solution is to add a check box during the add-on installation process that must be checked to enable this feature. Determine whether this is a feasible solution.

If it is not, propose an alternative solution that is feasible.
