Red Hat employees in different groups would like to get insight into customer usage of RHODS to evaluate items such the most commonly used services, notebook images, python packages, notebook server configurations, etc. This info can provide insight into areas of the service that are used most/least frequently and help us enhance the service to better meet customer needs.

This epic is a follow on from RHODS-172 that was completed for v1. This epic is to cover user interaction telemetry metrics (not included in 172) and other usage metrics needed for phase 2.

1. Note to QE : In the Release planning discussion, it was converged that these are internal metrics, so no need for any Docs changes and also BU will be monitoring and validating these metrics, essentially jdemoss@redhat.com, so QE can drop validating these metrics.
2. The QE scope of validation for this epic would probably be sufficient to check if the metrics are indeed having values.
