There are a number of small UX issues around model serving that need to be addressed:

      Models section of a project

      • Once a model server is configured, hide the Configure server button (this is a temporary change until we support multiple servers per project)
      • Once a model server is configured, open the Deployed models row expansion by default
      • include an empty state if there are no deployed models
      • auto scroll the page so that all deployed models or the empty state text are visible when the row is expanded
      • Move deploy model button to an inline action in the model server row

      Configure server modal

      • Allow model server replicas to scale to 0
      • For Custom model server size, (1) show units dropdowns per the mockups, and (2) allow Request and Limit to be the same value

      Deploy model modal

      • Model framework field should be required
      • Model location field should be required when Existing model location is selected

      Model serving page

      • Change page title to "Model serving"
      • Change the "Serve model" button label to "Deploy model"
      • Add filtering by Project to the deployed models table
      • This is a nit... it looks like there's extra whitespace between the page description (text under the title) and the table
