As a DS user, I need to be able to easily for documentation resources for items of interest so I can learn how to get started with specific areas.

Scope of story:

• complete UX design for enhanced resources page
• Items for consideration: 1) Ability to view all doc for specific product (eg. Seldon); 2) Ability to view docs by topic areas; 3) Display product/vendor name for all tiles (in some cases we only show icon, which may not be intuitive); 4) Ability to distinguish between doc for installed apps vs. not installed; 5) list view in addition to tile view?
