Description of problem:

when creating a new storage from "add cluster storage" function, it is not possible to mount the PV to root folder (like usually done with standard KFNBC Spawner or by creating the PV from workbench creation page)

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Create a DS project

Create a Workbench with a PV

Steps to Reproduce

1. delete the PV
2. create a new PV and try to mount at root folder of previous workbench

Actual results:

not possible

Expected results:

user is able to mount a PV to the root folder of a workbench (if no other PV are mounted to root)

Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once):
