Description of problem:

As per offline discussion with aballantyne, DSG should not allow users to user Ephemeral storage type but it should assume a like-named resource name for the PVC that is created as part of the flow. Based on jdemoss@redhat.com's feedbacks

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Create a DS project

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access your DS project from Dashboard UI
2. click "create worbench" button
3. check the available storage type

Actual results:

ephemeral storage is present and is the default one

Expected results:

only options to create a new PV and use and existing one should be available
