QE test needs to be installed via CLI, currently we rely on the managed-tenants repo infrastructure to produce this for us. We are using robot framework to automate the installation process. This is a temporary solution until the real solution comes from the Dev team.

criteria:

1- Should generate the last image stage version each new ODS version (this process can be done automatically or manually)

2- Should install the ods operator

3- Should install customs kfdef
