Release a new version of ODH (0.8.1 or 0.8.0-dev) and carry on through the pipeline up to the point of deploying the new version to OSD

Notes:

• This does not include QE (QE can be part of the discussion, but there is no QE step ATM)
• This does not include CPaaS (we know this will be there somewhere, but right now we just need to verify the upstream part + OSD part)

Acceptance criteria:

• A document summarizing the process and manual steps needed to get through the workflow
• Everyone on the team needs to sign-off that they would be able to reproduce the process to get a new release out (to confirm reproducibility and understanding)
• A few possible improvements are identified and recorded as new tasks
