UI notebook image is changed to boyn-image

      == Incorrect headings were displayed in the Notebook Images page
      The *Notebook Images* page, accessed from the *Settings* page on the OpenShift Data Science dashboard, displayed incorrect headings in the user interface. The headings *BYON image settings* and *Import BYON images* were erroneously displayed, instead of *Notebook image settings* and *Import Notebook images* respectively. The correct headings are displayed as expected.

      in the dashboard>notebookImages> 

      the text in the UI is changed from notebook-image to byon image 

      we also have the same bug in upstream

      rhods v1150-10 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. open rhodsdashboard 
      2. Settings>Notebook images 

      Actual results:

      BYON image  should not be visible   Settings>Notebook images 

      Expected results:

      BYON image should be replaced with a notebook image as it was in earlier RHODS version < 1.15
