As a DS user, I want to be able to utilize streaming data from Managed Kafka to train or test my model at design time or perform inference for published model.

The scope of this story is to investigate how RHODS will integrate with the Managed Kafka service. As part of RHODS-239, we want to give users an option to connect NB servers to Managed Kafka. We need to have a view on how to enable that integration so we can design the appropriate UX and create doc to guide users.
