    Description

      Description of problem:

The openvino build keeps failing with this error:

      File "/opt/app-root/lib64/python3.8/site-packages/micropipenv.py", line 355, in install_pipenv
          "Python version {}".format(installed_python_version, pipenv_python_version)
micropipenv.PipInstallError: Failed to install requirements, dependency 'seqeval' could not be installed

error: build error: error building at STEP "RUN /tmp/scripts/assemble": error while running runtime: exit status 1

I tired twice on a OSD 4.10 cluster using Openvino Marketplace version and one using Certified operator.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

      RHODS v1.12 installed

Openvino Toolkit operator installed (either from RHM or Certified catalog)

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Deploy openvino notebook
      2. go to OCP > Builds > Builds
      3. wait for the build to complete

      Actual results:

      build failed

      Expected results:

      build succeded

      Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once):

Three times: two on OCP 4.10 using openvino from RH Marketplace and one using Certified operator

      Build Details:

      RHODS v1.12

      Workaround:

      Additional info:

      attached:

      • two screenshots of the error displayed in OCP > Builds > Builds > openvino-notebook
      • two logs file extracted from the openvino build
