Description of problem:

Steps to Reproduce

1. navigate to RHODS in the Application Services bundle.
2. Hover on Try it button...hand appears, but clicking does nothing.

Actual results:

button isn't active, doesn't navigate anywhere

Expected results: 

clicking the button navigates you to a trial

Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once): 

Reproducible every time for me and for Tony Campbell
