Description of problem:

as per comments under https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHODS-2967 , the RHODS card in Addons section of OCM should be aligned with the card in Production environment.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go To OpenshiftClusterManager 
2. Open a cluster page
3. move to Add-ons section
4. click on RHODS card
5. check RHODS description 

Actual results:

card in stage doesn't have the same description and it's missing the link to documentation

Expected results:

card in stage and production should match
