As a user, I need to understand any issues creating a NB server, so I can quickly make changes to successfully create the NB server.
Currently, there are cases that can cause users to get error messages, and the user needs to wait a significant period of time (6 min?) to recover from the error. For example, if a user selects a XL NB, but the cluster doesn't have sufficient resources to support the requested size.
The scope of this story:
- Provide user friendly error messages for any case that results in an error creating the NB server. The error message should describe the issue clearly and instruct the user how to resolve the error.
- Provide a way for users to gracefully recover from error conditions without having to wait significant time (eg. 6 mins). The user should be able to immediately take action to resolve the error after viewing the error message.
