As a DS user, I need to be able to access installed services (such as Managed Kafka) in Jupyter notebooks so use them as part of my data sciences workflows.

This story is to enable users to get the endpoint for installed services such as Managed Kafka from the Dashboard, so they can have a convenient area to access to enable integrations with Jupyter Notebooks.
