      Description of problem:

      1.4.0-2 versions of Jupyterlab and Notebook

      Minimal image: Jupyterlab (3.2.4), Notebook (6.0.3)
      PyTorch: Jupyterlab (3.2.4), Notebook (6.4.6)
      Tensorflow: Jupyterlab (3.2.4), Notebook (6.4.6)
      Standard Data Science: Jupyterlab (3.2.4), Notebook (6.4.0)


      Documentation reports the wrong versions in all cases except for Notebook in minimal image (supposed to be bumped due to RHODS-2162) and Notebook in Standard Data Science (supposed to be bumped due to RHODS-2162)


      Spawner shows the versions for jupyterlab and notebook only in the case of the minimal image, but it reports the wrong version for Notebook (v6.4)
