Restore GPU support in RHODS

      1. The NVIDIA GPU addon can be deployed successfully into the same cluster as RHODS

      This will restore the GPU support that was disabled in RHODS-1662 and ensure that the recent release of the NVIDA GPU addon is supported by RHODS.
