Description of problem:

One of the usage metrics implemented in RHODS-864 is Top search terms,  which tracks the search terms in the resources section of RHODS Dashboard.

I believe this metric doesn't work. When I search for different items in the resources section there are no events sent to segment.com. Not even when I when the search input loses focus (see attached video)
