Description of problem:
After configure configmap rhods-groups-config with groups and users in openshift I can't create a new user in Jupyterhub or modify a normal user for get admin privileges
Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):
Steps to Reproduce
- Enter in Jupyterhub with an admin user from the group rhods-admins
- Click on admin tab
- Create a new user with admin privileges (new user has to be previously in openshift)
- Log in with the new user
Actual results:
you can't create users or modify privileges from jupyterhub admin dashboard
If the user was in rhods-users in Openshift, although you have created the new user as an admin you will be logged as user
If the user is not a rhods user but exists in openshift you will get error 403 forbidden
Expected results:
You can create a new user from jupyterhub admin dashboard as admin or modify privileges from a user without privileges
