Red Hat employees in different groups would like to get insight into customer usage of RHODS to evaluate items such the most commonly used services, notebook images, python packages, notebook server configurations, etc. This info can provide insight into areas of the service that are used most/least frequently and help us enhance the service to better meet customer needs.

1. Notebook images - which ones used
2. Applications enabled
3. GPUs - yes/no, #
4. Notebook server configurations: sizes used
5. Frequency of use of overall RHODS service; avg. time spent / day (i.e. is it being used & how imp. to daily tasks?)
6. # of users per cluster
7. Services searching patterns
8. Access of quickstarts/tutorials
9. most commonly installed packages (beyond defaults) - are there security issues here?
10. patterns related to model deployment - # overall in cluster, # per user
