Data Science users need to be able to collaborate with colleagues as they are developing models. They might want colleagues to review or contribute to different aspects of the model development. They need to be able to share projects or notebook server environments with other RHODS users or even users outside their organization.

When others make changes I need to know what they are so I can decide to keep them or to remove them.
Draft Requirements:

• Workspace sharing: allow access to all notebook servers, notebook files and data
• Notebook server sharing: allow access to a specific notebook server and included notebook files and data
• Notebook file sharing: allow access to a specific notebook file
• Allow Read only, or Write access
• Track user changes
• Duplicate notebook files in Workspace view

Requirements:

1. P0: The system must support the ability to share notebook server environments with all RHODS users within a cluster.
2. P0: The system must support the ability to share notebook server environments with specific RHODS users within a cluster.
3. P0: The system must support the ability to remove/disable sharing for all or specific RHODS users within a cluster.
4. P1: The system must support the ability to grant sharing rights to a notebook server environment to users with either view or access.-
5. P2: The system must support the ability to share with users outside the organization.-
