Data Science users need to be able to collaborate with colleagues as they are developing models. They might want colleagues to review or contribute to different aspects of the model development. They need to be able to share notebook server environments with other RHODS users or even users outside their organization.

Requirements:

1. P0: The system must support the ability to share projects with all RHODS users within a cluster.
2. P0: The system must support the ability to share projects with specific RHODS users within a cluster.
3. P0: The system must support the ability to remove/disable sharing for all or specific RHODS users within a cluster.
4. P0: The system must support the ability to grant sharing rights to a project to users with either view or edit access.
5. P2: The system must support the ability to share with users outside the organization. 
6. P0: User must be able to access all projects they have access to - both projects created by the user and projects with them.
7. P0: Users must be able to filter between projects created by the user and projects shared with them.
