Description of problem:

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

When the attempt to enable an application via a key (Anaconda CE) fails, the UI does not report the error message in the modal.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Explore view
2. Select Anaconda CE
3. Select the Enable button in the side panel
4. Enter an invalid key

Actual results:

The enable process fails, but the UI does not show the error message in the modal. 

Expected results:

The enable process fails,  and the UI reports the error message in the modal.
