Currently the platform team is tasked with figuring out a cluster-wide solution to providing a seamless solution for self-signed certs at the admin persona level. We want to minimize (or remove entirely) the data scientists involvement in passing ca bundles around to make connections to endpoints work.

Confirm with the solution provided for DSP (and other components), it will likely be a configmap that needs to be mounted in the dspo pod which is trickled in to the pipeline pods.
