Description of problem:

When user logs out from a jupyter notebook, they see 2 page reloads while being redirected to project details page. Check the below GIF.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

1. Create a DS Project

2. Create a workbench

3. Launch the workbech

Steps to Reproduce

1. from JupyterLab, click "File" > "Log out"
2. observe what happens while being redirected to project details page

Actual results:

dashboard page loads twice

Expected results:

only one page load expected which should happen as part of the redirection
