      Description:

      $releasever detected using dnf is wrong on some RHEL 8 E4S systems.
This impacts Vulnerability reporting for RHUI systems.
 

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create EC2 using  RHEL-SAP-8.4.0_HVM-20230109-x86_64 image
2. Configure insights client and register
3. Observe releasever in system_profile

      How reproducible: Always

      
 

      Actual Results:

      $releasever = 8
 

      Expected results:

      $releasever = 8.4
or correct replacement of mirrorlist/baseurl from repos.d
 

      Additional info:

dnf.rpm.detect_releasever('/')
