      Description:

      When registering, for example, a SAP 8.4 system to Insights, vulnerability recommends upgrades from the latest 8 release.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Build 8.4 SAP system on AWS with 8.4 E4S repos enabled
2. Register with Insights
3. Check vulnerability recommendations on system at https://console.redhat.com/insights/vulnerability/systems

      Latest 8 updates are shown for the system

      Expected results:

      Updates suggested that are tailored to an SAP system
