Description of Problem
- We have 3 servers that we converted from CentOS 7 to Red Hat 7 are correctly subscribed to the Red Hat Portal and we can install packages, apply patches.
- We installed insights-client and we can see all 3 servers on Red Hat Insights.
- We installed scap packages (yum install scap-security-guide openscap-scanner openscap) and ran "insights-client --compliance" and it appears that worked, but on the compliance profile page, the results are not reported.
- We got some messages:
No results reported This system is part of 1 policy, but has not returned any results.
How reproducible
Always
Steps to Reproduce
- Convert CentOS 7 to RHEL 7.9 using convert2rhel
- Register with Insights
- Assign compliance policy to the host
- Run `insights-client --compliance` command.
Actual Behavior
The compliance command finishes successfully but the results are not showing in theĀ
Expected Behavior
The compliance results should be visible for these hosts.
Business Impact / Additional info
- We cannot monitor Insigths compliance results for these hosts and apply best practices.
- We have dozens of Red Hat 7 and 8 and they are working normally; only these 3 that we converted are experiencing this behavior.
